If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and security tags intact.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to initiate a return and receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in the original designer box and shipping carton, ensuring all protective tissue is used.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and fix it securely to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop your package at an authorized courier point or schedule a complimentary collection through our carrier's website.
